Debbie Dana Massina passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Saturday, February 10th, 2024.
She was born to Glawe Floyd "Buck" Dana and Jean Arlene Porter Dana on August 1st, 1953 in Waterloo, Iowa. She graduated from West High in 1971.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband; Michael Massina; Aunt Sharon Haskin and Uncle John (Kathy Jo) Porter; Siblings, Deanna Grimstad, Donald (Sue) Dana, Douglas (Kathi) Dana; and sister-in-law, Cathy (Terry) Gabbard. Her Children, Ross (Alison) Plummer, Gabrielle (Ryan) Durnil; her step-children, Tim Massina, Katie Massina, Chris (Courtney) Massina and Nick (Summer) Massina; Grandchildren; Wellington Plummer, Briar Wiebers, Finley Durnil, Oliver Massina, Theo Massina, Emilia Massina and many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Welcoming her to her eternal home are her parents, brothers; baby Darrel Dana, Danny Dana and David Dana and Uncle Kenneth Haskin.
In lieu of donations, we ask that you hug your significant other, child, grandchild or friends. Soak up the sun, read a book, take time to plant a flower or take a walk in nature for a moment, an hour or a day.
A special thanks to all of the friends, family and St. Croix Hospice staff for all the comforting words and presence during her journey to heaven.
