A Celebration of Life Service for Lynnea Ann Young, 68, of Lacona, IA, who passed away at home Thursday, August 12, 2021, will be held 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 16, 2021 at Overton Funeral Home in Indianola. Visitation will be held 1 to 5 p.m., Sunday, August 15, 2021, at the funeral home. Those in attendance, if not vaccinated, are asked to please wear a mask. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Young; children, Neal (Krissy) Young, Nathan (Brianna) Young, Wade (Sarah) Young, and Lindsay (Jordan) McDonald; grandchildren, Stella and Rowan Young, Ryder Swim, Jonas and Ruby Young, and Joy McDonald; siblings, Steve (Sue) Bateman, and David (Cindy) Bateman and beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by
her parents, Jean and Jerry Bateman and a brother Joel Bateman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her name to the Milo Hometown Pride Committee.
