WATERLOO - Sharon Kay Brown, 51, of Waterloo, Tuesday, Aug. 23, at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.
She was born Oct. 2, 1953, in Cresco, daughter of Jerome and Donna Bublitz Bronner. She attended school in Waterloo, graduating from West High in 1972. She continued her education at Hawkeye Institute of Technology for a time, then took a job in the office of Viking Pump Co., Cedar Falls. She later went to work in the engineering department at Chamberlain Manufacturing Co. She attended the Trinity Lutheran Church in Waterloo.
Survivors include: her mother, Donna Bronner of Waterloo; her father, Jerome Bronner of Waterloo; a sister, Brenda Lynn Jordan of Waterloo; and a brother, Randy Lee Bronner of Minneapolis.
Preceded in death by: her grandparents; and a brother, Bruce Allen in 1977.
Services: 1 p.m. Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church, with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service.
